I met with a recruiter who reached out to me via LinkedIn, then when we spoke had no clue about the details of the role, comp or interview process. The hiring manager interview was decent. I then had two more joint interviews with 4 execs (2x2) who took way too much time talking about themselves, weren't synced prior on questions and direction of the interview and overall just not a good use of time assessing the skills I could bring on. One interviewer got particularly nasty when questioned about her Chief Diversity Officer role that overlapped with a HR role which overall seemed a bit exaggerated. The rest seemed nice enough.
