Got a phone call and had an interview with them. Wasn't too complicated and it was easygoing so it was just average I guess. Liked most of the interviewers except the one teacher.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lighthouse School, Inc. (North Chelmsford, MA) in Nov 2019
Interview
When I arrived at the school, I was told to fill out an application. I found this odd, as an application had already been filled out online. After that, I spent approximately 20 minutes waiting for Lara for my interview. She came to get me and was very friendly. At the beginning of our interview, her office phone rang and she picked it up. I assumed it must have been urgent, until I heard "cumpleaños" mentions and realized it wasn't. She was on the phone for at least 5 minutes. The interview felt like it went very well and she told me I would hear back by Monday at 5pm. I waited till a few days after and sent a follow up. No response. I waited a couple of weeks and sent another follow up, with the knowledge that i likely didnt get the job. Finally Lara responded and informed that they wouldn't be moving foward. Lara Finn has a lack of respect for those she is interviewing!
