I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lightning Bolt Solutions (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2018
Interview
Applied online. They reached out by email with some logic questions. I completed them and sent them back. A few days later they reached out for a phone interview. The phone interview was with a recruiter and we mostly talked about my background and what I'd be doing at the company. The next email I received was noticing me that they were not moving on with my candidacy. I assume there would've been an on-site with technical employees before they ultimately made the decision.
