1. Call with Lightrock's recruitment agency, PER, to discuss the role and confirm interest.
2. Initial interview with the role's team lead/line manager.
3. A short case study was assigned to be completed over the weekend.
4. Second interview with a Partner in the Investment Team.
4. Final short interview with People function focused on culture fit.
