The process started with a screening call with HR, followed with a technical interview via zoom with the manager. Both of them made me feel at ease and the interviews went smoothly. The process itself was very fast, which shocked me in a positive way, being used to long wait times and little communication. So far, the people of Lightspeed have been very helpful and comunicative, I truly recommend applying, even if just for the interview experience.

There were 3 interviews, and all were really organized. What typically is an anxious experience was very comfortable and fun! I really enjoyed the interviews! All interviews were engaging, and a very positive experience. Very well conducted.
