Interview was good, place was difficult to reach. High quality professional interview, but also friendly. Lots of technical discussions and information. My opinion was that I could fit in well and make a positive contribution to the organisation.

How would you be able to tackle and resolve the technical issues that are causing difficulties in the engineering organisation ?
After i applied, HR contacted me and quickly arranged technical interview next days.
Technical interview was not structured. it felt like they are also not sure what exactly they look for.
the guy that interviewed me was not really willing to do that. I did not even have the chance to properly introduce myself as the time for the interview was limited to 30 minutes
