I applied online and got an email the next day about scheduling an interview. There were multiple people waiting to interview at the same as me. The interviewer was vague on the details of the position and kept telling me how they service "Fortune 500 clients". Their only current client is Direct TV (which I found out later by directly asking). I thought I had applied for an "Event Marketing" position based on the job description posted online). It turns out they only have one entry-level position where you stand in places like Walmart, Sam's Club, etc all day and try to sell Direct TV. You then climb through four levels of sales positions until you reach the "sales manger position." Everyone gets a cut of what the people below them make. It sounded like a pyramid scheme. When I asked about the position I had initially applied for the interviewer admitted "they had been trying a different approach and putting various job titles on their job postings to bring a large number of people through the doors." I found the interviewer to be extremely unprofessional. He cursed throughout the interview and kept telling me about how much money he makes. After less than 30 minutes I was asked to come back for a second interview that day. For this interview I drove to Sam's Club where they had a Direct TV booth set up.
