I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LimoLink (Marion, IA) in Apr 2023
Interview
This job has been posted on the Limolink site for at least the last six months. After applying, I underwent a phone interview with the headhunter that they have employee for initial screenings. I made it through to a face to face interview at the company. It was an easy going interview with two persons. One of them spent the last half of the interview saying over and over that I was probably over qualified based on my education. This interviewer went so far as to hand me a business card for the manager in the department where she thought I would be more qualified, specifically the IT department. When the references to me being over-qualified began, I pretty much knew that I was not going to get the position and that turned out correct. I was told I would hear that week and I did hear from the headhunter that Limolink event a different direction.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at LimoLink in Mar 2014
Interview
The hiring process involved 2 over the phone calls and then an in-person interview.
The calls were pretty straight forward. Questions to get to know you. What are you like? Why do you want to work at LimoLink. The calls were not very long at all.
The in-person interview starts as you're waiting in the lobby, then the recruiter will come get you. From there you have a long awkward walk back past the cubicles into her office. She asked questions about how I would respond is a certain situation. Also asked many times if I had any questions or concerns so have some genuine questions beforehand.
