Lincoln College UK interview questions

Straightforward interview process. Had to give a presentation for this role and then answer a series of questions from the panel. The presentation was about supporting students to identify and gain industry placements, as well as supporting them to stay on them. The questions were much the same format, and using experience of supporting students to develop their work experience and career goals.
