Interview
Lindamood-Bell does group interviews for all their summer hires...they hire something like 25 new clinicians at a time. The testing includes the advanced spelling portion of the WRAT and a logical reasoning test. The clinic director will teach you some basic clinical skills and have you and the other candidates rehearse them with each other while the consultants observe your performance. Eventually you will go in for a one-on-one interview where the clinic director will ask you some fairly easy questions including one that is quite bizarre: "If you saw a vase of dead flowers in the lobby, what would you do"? The correct answer is always: THROW THEM AWAY. Don't talk about making potpourri - the interviewer will only think you are crazy.

A lot of personality questions and a “technical” interview which involved. Spelling test and a reading comprehension test that had increasingly difficult passages. I would say they felt closes to the act ELA section
