I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes (Bellevue, WA) in May 2008
Interview
If a resume is submitted and accepted, potential employees come in for a four-hour group session. A reading/spelling test is given. A quick overview of the company and its two biggest programs are given, and candidates then team up and perform "practice" teaching sessions on each other while an employer overlooks and interacts with them. Based on the performance on these tests and during the practice sessions, individuals will be called in for a one-on-one interview with the center director in which they are asked questions that determine qualities like safety, attention to detail, and so on.
