I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes (Santa Barbara, CA) in May 2013
Interview
It was structured as a group training with a one on one interview. We were given more detailed applications to fill out and then heard a short lecture about what Lindamood Bell does and what tutors are responsible for. There was a spelling test that focused on phonetics and we were taught one of their lessons and practiced with the other people interviewing. After we filled out all our forms we had a quick one on one interview with the director. She asked standard interview questions about experience, strengths, weaknesses, goals, etc.

Interview
Good interview process! They were very nice people and seemed like they actually wanted to get to know me. They allowed us to have good conversations about the learning process at the institution.

Interview
There was a short online screening including a reading comprehension test. After, they had me go to their office for a 1-on-1 interview. Despite telling me when they would get back to me about the job, they ignored my follow-up email and waited an extra week to notify me.
