I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Linde
Interview
The interview process commenced with an initial call involving a team of approximately 5 to 6 individuals. During this session, they inquired about my background, motivation, and related topics. Following this, the second phase encompassed an on-site live coding session in the presence of HR representatives. The sole drawback of this experience was that, upon concluding the interview, I was left with a positive impression. However, as I was about to leave, the HR representative assured me that they would send the comprehensive offer package within two weeks. Regrettably, they subsequently became unresponsive. It took approximately 3 months for them to arrive at a decision, with notably poor communication from the HR department. They failed to respond to emails, and their scheduling abilities left much to be desired. On two occasions, I accepted appointments they provided, only to be informed later that the time slot had been taken, which I found to be unprofessional.

Prioritize thorough preparation for the C++ segment of the interview. They require you to construct a C++ container and successfully navigate through a series of test cases. Your objective is to finalize the implementation and ensure that all the tests are successfully cleared. Expect follow-up inquiries and live discussions regarding your implementation choices. It's worth noting that they foster a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout the process.
