Interviewed by the manager of a different location who agreed to conditions the new manager for the location I was ultimately hired at had a problem with. Interview was very standard questions about my resume and availability. Discrepancy between management could continue to be a problem.

Applied online, was contacted 2 months later asking if I was still interested (this came across poorly, why have a job posted on Wirkn if you aren't hiring?). Was e-mailing with person X, then went in to interview with said person to then be interviewed by person Y. It was clear that they had never looked at my resume because the moment we sat down they asked if I had a resume for them; in every other interview I've done, they print all the paperwork beforehand. They had also said I would hear back by the end of the week via email, I never heard back so I reached out. My attempt to follow up was ignored, and the job was then reposted on Indeed. Overall, very unprofessional. Also disclosed that I finished school recently, they then asked (what I view as very bait) what my "next step" was. This is an unfair question because if you are working towards a career in another field that isn't retail, then your application is automatically lowered.
