I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at LineStream Technologies in Apr 2014
Interview
Approached on LinkedIn by company's Operation Manager..
After passing the initial phone screening, I got 2 more phone interviews with the lead and field application engineers. I think that they were performing an initial triage.
After that I had a call with CTO and CEO. The phone call with the CTO seemed ridiculous, as his questions seemed superficial, ignorant and he suffered from a really bad English (I mean REALLY). The CEO had a brief behavioral call with me. Two weeks later he was calling me on the phone and kept leaving desperate please to 'connect' Eventually, he made me an 'offer'
Bottom line - stay away from this crowd! Yet another fishy start-up with press gang recruitment habits.

Question 1
None. We were just going through my resume and looking for keywords. 'Any experience with power electronics? or 'control theory'?
