Applied Online, received a call about a week later.
First Interview was with HR (Screening Call), prompt, courteous, etc. Standard Qualifying questions/behavioral.
Second Interview was with Hiring Manager, they requested a mock/sample BRD (Business Requirements Document). I obliged, and proceeded with the scheduled interview.
The hiring manager was pleasant but constantly interrupted me. I probably wasn't what they were looking for but felt I had a lot of business skills that were transferrable. About a week later received notification that they were proceeding with other applicants. Another week after that I noticed the same job reposted on Job boards.
I feel that they had the Perfect Candidate Syndrome and that reflected on the specific questions, interruptions, and unwillingness to see out side the box.
In short you could say the thinking was very linear as far as what they were looking for.
Thanked them for the their time and moved on to other opportunities.
