The interview schedule was poorly communicated. In addition, When I was already traveling the day before, I received a job application that required completion prior to the interview process. Additionally, I was not informed of the time of the arrival of the scheduled car service let alone the schedule of being interviewed by 6 different executive managers prior to arriving. The interview process was disorganized. I arrived on site at 8:30 am. The interview process started at 9:20 am and completed at 1:00 pm EST with no offer of lunch, allowance of time for lunch, let alone the information of where to obtain lunch within a walking distance. I was not able to obtain nutritional sustenance for breakfast or lunch due to poor communication and scheduling until I returned to Reagan National. On the positive side, they have some AWESOME executives and support personal that really go above and beyond. This is why I was impressed enough to accept the offer.
