      Recruiter Interview

      6 Dec 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Agoura Hills, CA
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Link2Geek (Agoura Hills, CA)

      Interview

Awful. The process takes forever for what is basically a minimum wage job. It has five stages: 1.) Phone call with a recruiter. She was super nice. 2.) Then a week later, a video call with a manager. He was very rude and condescending the entire time and unpleasant to speak with. He seemed annoyed by my existence. He basically asked the same questions as the recruiter before. 3.)Then a week later an onsite, talking to two recruiters. One was sweet (the lady from the original phone call), the other was very full of himself. They asked more of the same questions from the two previous interviews, with a few new questions. 4.) Then another week later another onsite, this time with the CEO. This lasts about five minutes. 5.) After ALL of this, they request MULTIPLE professional references for this entry-level. They will call your references. They also seemed to have some internal disorganization, as one person would email me and say "we will make a decision by next week" then an hour later somebody else would email and ask me to come in for an onsite.
