There was a first qualification call from the HR, to understand more about experience and check if everything is ok. second call from HR again to checj on sales cycle and sales process within the company i am working in.
Technical Assessment or Coding Test
What Happens: For many IT roles (especially development or engineering), you’ll be given a technical challenge. This could be:
A coding test on platforms like HackerRank, LeetCode, or Codility (e.g., solve algorithms or data structure problems).
A take-home assignment (e.g., build a small app or troubleshoot a network issue).
A live troubleshooting scenario (e.g., “How would you fix a server outage?”).

Tip: Be ready to explain gaps in your resume or career switches clearly
Very professional and straight forward. It was a phone interview but it took place over the Zoom platform. It lasted about 30 minutes long. I was surprised about the detailed questions asked in the first phone screen.
