I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LinkedIn (London, England)
Interview
The process including the interviews were great, very informative and good to meet the hiring manager. However after my last stage which was a presentation interview they said that there headcount hadn't been approved! This was very unprofessional and as a recruiter I knew that it was thier way of rejecting me. I contacted the LinkedIn recruiter to find out more feedback but now all of a sudden everyone has just gone cold! This is NOT the way to let candidates down, be honest and tell them they are not right so they can move on instead of hiring someone else and thinking that people are too stupid to realise.
Big shame!!!
