Question 1
It's a conversation really at the point in the process I reached. They wanted to know more about my consumer marketing experience. I had little considering my background was in much B2B. It was a bit of a let down that they held that in such high esteem over record, data management and program experience. I felt like it was a trivial point when it came to the rest of my background...
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LinkedIn in Jun 2022
Interview
It was amazing. I've always wanted to work at LinkedIn but this process further cemented it.
I applied on an off chance and scaled through to the final stage which was the case study. Unfortunately, while it came down to myself and another candidate, I did not get an offer and have been absolutely gutted about it.
Perhaps there will be another chance in the future because it has been the absolutely best interviewing process I have ever gone through.

How have you collaborated with key stakeholders?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LinkedIn in May 2022
Interview
This was the BEST interview process I ever experienced. The recruiting team knows their stuff! SO well organized from start to finish.
HR screening with an amazing member of the talent team who explained the org structure, nuances with roles and titles, and knew an in-depth amount of knowledge about the role I applied for which was a refreshing change from other companies I was interviewing with. Then I had a 1:1 with my hiring manager, and a "panel" which featured meeting with 2 other cross-functional partners and the director of the team. Then they made me an offer within the next week! No sitting around wondering where I stood, the recruiter kept me up to date throughout the process.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LinkedIn in Sept 2021
Interview
Great process. Interviewed with recruiter, then director of marketing, then had a panel round interview with a case study. Didn't do too well on the case study portion as I wasn't able to validate many of my points as thorough and detailed as they would have liked.
