I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LinkedIn (New York, NY) in Sept 2021
Interview
First call with internal recruiter to review the process, compensation expectations, and general overview of my work history.
Extremely helpful recruiter, very consultative.
2nd Interview was with the hiring manager to discuss the role further. They did not sugar coat the role which I appreciated- gave me the pro's and cons of the role.
3rd step was a role play and Q&A.
