First call with RH.
Second call with Hiring manager, mostly behavioural questions, but kindly wanted to know more about me, my experience and my motivations.
Then they sent me an exercise: a spreadsheet to analyse, using the findings based on this data to make an insightful presentation. Present it in front of some people to rate your presentation skills, plus behavioural questions.
At the end, on a Friday night, I received an email with the subject "next steps" and saying to call HR. Very disappointed to make the call to hear that there are no next steps and the process is over because they found a better candidates. Please use the subject of your email wisely!

Summarizes your analytical approach.
Explain briefly how you explored and analyzed the dataset to generate insights.
Presents key findings from the analysis.
These can include trends in cases, fatalities, hotspots, recovery rates, or other metrics you find relevant.
