Really unprofessional and lack of human touch. 2 stage interview. I did the first call in the third week of a January. I heard nothing back for a week and a half. Then I get a phone call urgently booking in interview with a task to do for the next 2 days time. I unfortunately fall ill to flu and cancel. While I’m ill I get multiple emails asking when I can attend the interview as it is very urgent. I rearrange and do the task/interview while feeling a little under the weather but thought it would be the decent thing to do. After the interview. I hear nothing. No copy/paste email to say I was unsuccessful. However they did post the job listing again the next day so they do act with urgency. They just do so without any decency to you after giving them time and effort even when they should’ve been recovering.
