However, the overall experience was undermined by being ghosted after three rounds of interviews. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no closure or response. Given that this was an HR interview, the lack of basic candidate communication was particularly disappointing from one HR professional to another and reflects poorly on the organisation’s candidate experience.

Very informal, verging on unprofessional.
Was told that they will definitely get back to me as they don't ghost candidates. I was not gotten back to. Glad I avoided this company after seeing the rating on here!
