Interview process consists of passing the raters exam. Raters exam is a mock-up of how the actual job looks like, but you need to prepare well beforehand to be able to understand the nature of the tasks well and pass the exam within the given time.

Interview
The entire process began with a lengthy and detailed application form that required careful attention and thoughtful responses. After completing the application, I was presented with a series of tasks that were divided into three distinct sections, each focusing on different skills and areas of knowledge. Before I could begin working on these tasks, it was necessary to thoroughly read through the exam guidelines provided.
