Lions Clubs International interview questions

Interview process was a standard interview, but took months for the company to schedule final interviews and eventually extend an offer. Interview was not difficult, but due to them scheduling last minute meetings, interviews were either canceled or pushed back. Had 3 interviews total before an offer was received

The process started with a phone screener with HR. The next step was a virtual interview with the hiring manager. The last step was a series of in-person interviews with a panel, the director, and the hiring manager once again. They also require a skills test as part of the process. It took almost two months between starting the process and receiving a hiring decision.
