My first-round conversation was with someone from the internal HR team, and it was genuinely a great interaction. The conversation felt warm, thoughtful, and conversational rather than overly formal. She asked straightforward questions to understand my background and experience, but also made space for a natural dialogue. I appreciated how comfortable and engaging she made the process feel—it gave me a good impression of the company culture. Overall, while I didn’t move forward, the experience left me with a positive view of the team and how they treat candidates.
