Terrible communication. They use recruiters that reach out via LinkedIn. The process takes weeks they lack simple communication. I interviewed asked questions that matter. I work in big pharma this is a start up the questions that I ask matter. Especially if I am working with a start up. You can tell they are a start up. Goodluck with future hires.
