I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lirio in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview process begins with an initial recruiter call, followed by an online assessment that typically takes around 1.5 hours to complete, although the allotted time is 3 hours. Upon successful completion of the assessment, the next stage involves a technical interview with the Director of Software Engineering, where you'll have the opportunity to discuss your experience, approach to problem-solving, and alignment with the team's goals.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
It seems they're not just looking for a Software Engineer—they're looking for someone who can wear every hat imaginable: Backend Engineer, Frontend Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, QA, Security Engineer, AI/ML Engineer, and Data Engineer all rolled into one. Honestly, they might as well update the job title to reflect that! It feels like they're searching for a full-stack ninja who’s mastered every tool available on the internet.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lirio in Apr 2024
Interview
-Interview scheduling moved very quickly, they didn't waste much time
-I interviewed with the operations manager, and then did a dual-interview with the one other IT Support Specialist and then the Executive Assistant
The operations manager asked me questions on work ethic, handling situations, what I look for in a company and work atmosphere, asked advice I would give management etc. He then gave me a run-down on what work would look like, the expected hours to be in the office (although they prefer you show up an hour before your scheduled shift to "get ready"), described how often they will be messaging you on Slack, email, and calling your cellphone for help, how they often need help for a couple hours after-hours every day (for time differentials w/ different employees) etc.
The interview with the other IT Support Specialist gave me a run-down on what a normal day was like for him.
The executive assistant asked me personality questions and "how would you...?" questions. I was told the company likes "constant communication" before hours, during hours and after hours.

I applied online. I interviewed at Lirio (Franklin, TN) in Nov 2023
Interview
I had a quick and easy interview process. I had a phone screen, a zoom interview, and an in-person interview. The whole process only took a couple weeks and was pretty straightforward. This was for the Franklin office.
