I met with the owner in the front room of the business. She asked me some questions and went over specifics, such as pay, schedule, ambiance, etc. She asked if I had questions. After, I took a tour of the business and met the staff. I was given more information on the work environment and required tasks. Essentially, she had decided to hire at the front room and after having spoken to me for about twenty minutes. It was a really nice interview.
