I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lithium Technologies (Emeryville, CA) in Apr 2012
Interview
I met with hiring manager and 4 other employees. They asked very engaging questions but not too many typical interview questions. Most were around social media, how I can solve problems and collaborate with the team. Overall impression: a hard working and genuine team.

Question 1
Tell me the process how you would solve a business change involving multiple stakeholders.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lithium Technologies (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2015
Interview
A very pleasant interview experience and very relevant interview to the position. I enjoyed meeting everyone in the team, they were very friendly and wanted to know about my experience more than anything else. No trick questions or abstract puzzles. The process did involve several steps, typical for the level but everyone I talked to made me feel very comfortable and presented it to be a place I am sure I would have loved working for. Given several opportunities and offers, I ended up taking a public company offer but if I had to chose a startup out of the ones I had offer from, Lithium would have been my first choice.
The process was fairly straight forward, phone screen with hiring manager, on-site with several managers and direct report engineers, phone screen with SVP of engineering and CEO.
