Interview
Multiple phone interviews and zoom. Went through 3 layers of management to GM. Then had zoom with her. We had a 30 minute interview and scheduled follow up but it never materialized. I did know they were looking at internal candidates as well so my guess is that was how it went.
It went really well. I enjoyed the process. The manager was open and friendly. The interview asked about my background, experience, and expertise. I was hired the next day to work with a great group of professionals.
They are thorough and often times you can be hired right on the spot if you do well enough. Always looking for when the best available times are for you to work. There is a lot of training on the job so the interview was more focused on people skills rather than job related skills.
