I applied in the store and was asked to come in the next day for an interview. I was only 15 at the time so the conversation became about my favourite subjects and where I saw myself in 5 years. It was comfortable, and the questions led to friendly conversation after each answer. It was an easy interview, since I connected with the interviewer.
