There wasn't an interview, but, the manager decided to hire me on the spot. I actually knew someone that worked there at the time and it helped out a lot.

None. It was essentially no interview. Just don't be a junkie and show up to work on time. Looking to earn money? Why not start here. Management is dependent upon restauarant. There is some larger chains where there is one owner and there is single franchises. All depends on which location you apply at.
