They asked the obvious questions like previous experience, availability, how long I was hoping to stay with the company and what my goals where. It's an employer that is franchised so it was pretty strait forward. Though unless you really need a job I'd look somewhere else for Steady employment.

The interview is six to seven very simple questions. If you pass the interview, you get the job. Questions are easy to answer. Mostly asking you why you want to work for the company and what would you do in certain scenarios.

A 15-minute phone screen followed by in-person interview at store location. Was a straightforward process. I was able to see the operation and meet a wide variety of team members.
