I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Little Caesars Pizza (Altus, OK) in Sept 2014
Interview
I first interviewed with the General Manager of the restaurant. I had originally applied for an assistant managers position. The Manager asked me why I had applied for the position and told him that I had experience at several restaurants in the past and that I enjoyed making sure customers receive great customer service. I listed the other restaurants I had experience where I had previously worked and what I did to improve customer service at each one. I also told him about my education and that I had two associates degree's one in medical office and the other in business administration as well as a bachelor's degree in business management. I handed him a copy of my resume. he asked me why I only chose to apply for an assistant manager position, because he thought I would be better suited for a position as a co-manager with my credentials. He said he wanted to set up an interview with his district manager to discuss the possibility for that position. I then interviewed with the district manager about 1 week later and we discussed the position and its requirements. He asked me about my background in the restaurant industry as well as other positions I held, especially other management experience listed on my resume. we discussed the details of what would be expected of me and let me think about whether the position was what I wanted and if I could handle the long hours and the amount of the compensation I would receive then set up another meeting with me about a week later. I accepted the position at that time. I started out as a Co-Manager in training for 3 months at another store, then I went to work at my new store and with-in 3 months I was promoted to General Manager.

Interview
Interviewed with previous Restaurant General Manager he reviewed my resume and asked if I would be interested in a higher up position than the position I had applied for. I applied for an assistant manager position and was then told he would get back to me after speaking to his area supervisor and set up an interview time for me to meet with him. I met with the area supervisor twice and on the second interview I was offered a position as a Restaurant Co-Manager. I went to another store to train for three months and then to my permanent store and after 3 months of working there without my General Manager there I asked for a raise and promotion since I had been running the store for three months on my own while my General Manager was out sue to injury and then later when I found out he would not be returning due to health concerns. I was then promoted to general manager and worked there until I had to move to another town.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Interview seemed more like a get to know you conversation. It was not stressful at all. I felt very welcome and comfortable around my Area Supervisor who interviewed me. Even though the questions were difficult I was completely at ease answering them. Most of the questions were normal questions that most employers ask. The tougher questions were questions dealing with your personality and situational questions.
