Had three interviews, started with phone interview then graduated to visit with Human Resource Personnel and then met with two Production Managers and a shift supervisor. They all had different questions for me but I was in the Paper Business for many years and had the answers they were looking for! The whole experience was pretty standard by the book. They really were impressed and chose me over 500 other applicants. I blame it on my extensive background in the paper industry. Smoozing was a factor, these were all down to earth guys who really were only interested in hiring the most qualified candidate for the job. One other person was hired at the same time and he only had experience in the boat building industry. So there were not a lot of people with my kind of back ground applying for this position. But in his defense he was with the same company (Carver Boats) since high school and was a very good worker.
