Interview process was easy. Just asked typical customer service questions like: how well do you handle problems, are you a people person, how would you handle a particular situation, are you punctual. Basically questions regarding people skills

The interview was very open and friendly. At first i put in a application but one called or emailed me so i went to the casino and talked to human resources, they referred me to my recruiter in the department I applied for. The recruiter was friendly was willing to talk to me even though I was unexpected. After I had the interview she really liked me, and I thought I'd be perfect for the position she brought in the hiring manager and we connected instantly, the hiring manager took me on the casino floor and showed me where I would be working and what I would be doing and I loved it then she offered me the position and I accepted!
