Role posted in Nov, connected with recruiter in Jan, screened a month later in Feb, another month went by before hiring manager interview. Interviewed in March and after another month of no updates, passed. 6 Months -> 1 interview. Either very slow internal process or very unorganized. Wouldn’t have gotten updates if I didn’t keep following up.
