The process for an internship consisted in : - a motivation interview with the HR and a founder - a technical case study on a real use case of the company - a technical interview to review the case study and ask more questions - a final HR interview It took one month and a half to have a definitive answer, which was too long to my mind. However, the interview process to for the technical skills assesment was well balanced.
