I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at LiveRamp in Dec 2019
Interview
One 2.5 hour long tedious coding assessment. Then a call with HR. A technical screening after that. And there was going to be another technical screening after which there would be an on-site.
I never got to the last two rounds because my coordinator was very inefficient in scheduling an interview. The interviewers did not even join my call for one of the interviews. I found that very unprofessional. Inspite of me constantly trying to follow up and schedule my interviews I would hear back after a week.
The entire interview process took 9 weeks with no outcome at all. I should have believed all the negative ratings on Glassdoor that already existed.
Thank you for the feedback. I am very sorry to hear about your experience - all concerns are very valid. I will be taking this feedback to the team (recruiters, recruiting coordinators and interviewers) as points for discussion and improvement.
We wish you the best of luck in your career search.
