      I interviewed at LiveRamp

      Interview

They got back to me super fast -- within 24 hours and asked to schedule a 30-minute phone call with me. I found the recruiting team was not experienced at all by looking at (or, judging) their LinkedIn profiles. In fact, one of the recruiting coordinator added me on LinkedIn right after confirming the interview schedule, which I found odd. I accepted him as a connection and saw he only have 200+ connections at that point. The interview ended up taking only ~15 minutes and I awkwardly tried to ask more questions than I intended to since I thought the interview was 30min. Two days after I got a rejection email. I read some reviews on Glassdoor and there were some reviews questioning the recruiting staff's credibility. So I clicked on the recruiting coordinator's LinkedIn profile, and he had 500+ connections. Seriously, are they interviewing people as a practice for their recruiting/HR team? I can't see a reason to interview people they are truly interested in without even asking enough questions. Or are they interviewing people to get LinkedIn connections for their junior staff? LOL
