I was called to set up a phone screening interview. I was called on time and asked a few questions to establish rapport and to set a time for a face to face interview. That portion of the interview process went well. I was introduced to a few of the team members and a few members from the leadership team. I was called a second time from the Director of Customer Care who asked about my goals with the company. The recruiter called to inform me that I was hired and to give me the details regarding the training class I would attend and what I would need for my first day of training.
