I applied through Craigslist and got an immediate response. The interview was straight forward and lasted 30 mins. He asked me about my technical skills and I told him I did not have experience with AutoCAD. He proceeded to say that was fine and I would pick it up quickly. Later on when it came time to use these skills I told I did not have he said I lied to him in the interview in front of all of my colleagues and that I told him I did have them. I was not impressed with his lack of memory and professionalism.
