Livingston Parish Schools interview questions

It was a basic standard interview involving questions related to experience as well as exploration of how my experience would fit into the current culture at the school. We reviewed my CV and discussed career goals and other applicants.

In this area, principals do the hiring. I knew that my principal wanted me to work there before the interview. So, it was very relaxed and informal. This parish is big on family values, and they are somewhat oldschool. I'd say the key is to present yourself as a person with a strong moral compass who is there for the love of helping others.
