The process was very fast and timely, much more than I ever expected it would be. The expectations were made clear, and the recruitment team was very helpful. The questions asked aligned with the roles and JOb description provided and the interiwers were very clear on their expectations.

I had a call from a fantastic, enthusiastic recruiter named Nadine, who had seen my CV and realised that many aspects of it matched a role at Lloyds. That whole experience was very positive, as were the follow-up calls and the eventual interview. The first interview was an informal chat to see if the role would be a good fit, and the second was more technical, but still very sociable and friendly. It looks like a good place to work, with great people. Nadine called back to offer me the role, and again, with positivity and enthusiasm, described the benefits offered. All in all, an excellent experience.
