Interview
I applied online and was instantly invited to an interview in branch. There were two people - one taking notes and one conducting the interview. Had a very easy and informal chat that lasted about twenty minutes. A few general questions and then three competency questions. They provided feedback as soon as all the interviews were finished.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (Wolverhampton, England) in Jan 2023
Interview
Had the interview on Microsoft Teams, the interview overall was pleasant. But as this was my first job interview, I definitely went straight into the deep end. They got me to talk about my interests and asked me questions, we talked about commuting times etc. After that was a mock call roleplay, in which they got me to deal with fake customer queries and see how I dealt being in that situation.
