I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (London, England) in Apr 2012
Interview
The interview process went well. Two senior BAs interviewed me and asked the general questions about strengths, weaknesses, previous job experiences, etc.

Question 1
However, because I was out of work for half a year and wanted to get back into work, I was keen to get into LBG. They asked me whether I had any plans to have children as I was married. I said no but upon reflection I don't think that it is legal to ask that kind of question in an interview.

Interview
Pretty straightforward and easy. The interviewers were friendly and made the whole process feel relaxed. No need to panic. It’s a mixture of behavioural and competency based questions. Ran through a couple of scenarios to access how
You would react in that situation

Interview
Very serious, arduous and definitely a long process over 2 weeks in total. Hard questions and probing questions. Was more difficult than I had expected. Would not recommend. The interviews were too difficult for me.
