Actually felt that they'd already made their minds up about a minute into interview. When I tried to answer any questions he spoke over me and it felt very rushed so I didn't get a chance to fully explain anything. Also didn't ask for RTW documents despite telling me to take them with me. Went to get someone to introduce her to me and ask a few questions, gone for about 5 minutes and comes back saying too busy, I knew the outcome by that point so the email 2 days later didn't come as a surprise.

It was a fairly straightforward process. Applied monday, did online tests lasting 45 mins, and by the friday recruitment contacted me, and had interview booked for the following friday. Very relaxed interview, the hiring manager and other person was very nice made you feel comfortable. To begin with asked generic questions such as tell me about yourself, past work experience and employment gaps etc. Then went onto ask 4 competency questions regarding the values of lloyds. Additional questions were asked based off your responses to get you to expand the answer.
